Hi RK, and RR, and anyone else that is out there. I hope that both of you have enjoyed your holiday time so far. Sorry that I have not been updating the site, but so far we had just reached the predicted area that I had mentioned way back in Oct., and RK, I hope that you capitalized well on that turn date, it was right on the $$$$... Nice call. I am honestly still looking for a double top at the 1300 area on S&P, even though we are down nicely today.. 90 days is approaching around the 4th of Jan. so that could end this move... but it could also bounce till the 180 ends in march... just the opposite bounce from the "09" scenerio, so, just buckle up, and keep looking at safe stocks like DUK, wow what a move it has made. Deregulation has done the electric co.'s well.

$VIX and futures

At the end of the day Futures ended down with a mighty splash!, and since 7p.m eastern time they have remained flat. This move in what seems to be wave 1 of wave 5 down has just started... we should bounce in the morning since we made a new low in the $SPX and that bounce should be the 2nd wave up in wave 5.. and sometime tomorrow around early afternoon from what I can tell we should start the 3 of 3 of 5 down... Looking at the dow I see 10,500 as a possible low, but others are calling 10,300 , In the $SPX I am looking for 1070-1050... others are looking from 1048-1065.... from the selling pressure at the end of the day... its possible that we fall even further...and I would not be surprised if we do not fall further... Rr, I have changed my turn date back to the 11-14th and I even have possibity of going into NOV..TZA took off like a rocket too... up over $8 so look at the Russel next stop that I have for tza is $80 .. let me know what you think... gotta run... have a good night guys and gals..>L

So, now you know fib pivots, and cam levels... it makes it easier to set yourself up for the next few days...

From what I see at the moment we are at a very close bottom of this wave... but we could have a very quick A/B/C move that could last just a few days... so Tues is very important in my opinion and the 1150ish area is very important... we could go up (futures are indicating that already) but I am looking for this to just be a quick move, and down we go again.... EW is calling for further downside movement too... broad range targets between 1050-1070. Well, we have to look at the possibility that we are very oversold too... so Upside potential from what I see... is 1170... and if we go higher than 1180, well, the bulls are back in town.

I am watching the Colts vs. Pitts game... Rothisberger has gotten slower....and is getting sacked alot tonight.... Colts look good... but never drive in Indy after a game is let out... they are all drunk behind the wheel ... bad really bad there..... and can anyone tell me whats UP with the Long Hair in FOOTBALL.... its awonder their brains have not been pulled out from under those Helments...LOL! ....... The jobs report was just perfect for the start of a possible wave 3 down.... Bernanke will be coming to the rescue soon, but he will be forced to do it...He does not want to do anymore stimulus; he knows what it will do to the people and to the debt of the U.S.. The goverment, if you can call it that, is finally beginning to wake up a bit... huuuummm.... and they are realizing that the Big Corporate Paychecks that they have recieved from the lobbyist's have been a bribe for yrs, as they now realize that they(the Corporations) have taken over the Country and pretty much control it. Goverment and Wall STreet are controlled by big business, the BIG Corporate buy backs on stock, has only giiven a few CEO's HUGE PAYCHECKS!, and left the stock holders with nothing. Even my Co's CEO Scott Davis got a wopper of a raise!!!!! while most of the new hire's(those unfortunate few) got screwed by having to work their A's off for pennies on the dollar!

If most of you have not figured it out by now Slavery has never ended!!!! We the People, have been, and will continue to be at the mercy of Corporations and Goverment for our lives before this is over with. I know some of you think I am welll........ Nuts at times..... but you have got to wake up... this is not a bad dream People!!!!!! Reality is you have NO $$$$$ to pay for Gas.... $3.48 yesterday morning, by 5oclock pm it had jumped to $3.75..... How can the poor get to work and feed their children on $8.00 an hour? and still have $$ to put a roof over their heads, get the car fixed ???? They walk, ride a bike, they go to second hand stores for almost everything, and they climb into dumpsters for food.

We snarl in digust when we see this... we feel sorry for them... but now even the what we called rich, wealthy and upper lower middle class are on the streets just trying to live...survive. They have sold everything for pennies on the dollar... last wkend I saw a guy pull up with a very very expensive SUV, at the flea mkt get out and put all his high dollar toys on a table... stereo's, shoes, shirts, jewlery... now had he lost his job, or was he addicted to coke... who knows... all I can tell you he looked lost, desperate, and had no idea what he had got himself into... You could tell, that the flea's where going to eat him up... thats a flea mkt for you... he needed cash now...sad.....

This could be you next.... prepare.. THE PROTEST IS ON>>> Its Labor Day wkend... we all need to PROTEST in the streets OUR JOBS are in Tokyo, and Bejing, Bangladesh and Thailand... we need them back... they belong here where they once where.

Ok, gold is peaking.... oh what a ride it has been... it broke out of my channel on Fri. So it is time to start picking up some short's on Gold . I would see what happens Mon. morning.. but Its momentum is heavy... and it could reach $2000. If you where to put $2000 thousand dollars a yr. in a good mutual dividend paying fund starting at the age of 19 and stopped putting it in at the age of 26 or so.. you would be worth up to 2 million dollars by the time you retired...????????? AMAZING! all by simple compound interest...

Most of us do not get out of college until we are already in our mid twenties today. The 4yr college degree has now stretched to 6 yrs. Colleges have found ways to keep people in school longer, so they can make more money and keep people out of the job market that we all know already that unemplyment is really sitting between 15-20%... many have just given up hope of ever working again and most of those have lost everything they had worked their entire life for.

So, how do you as an investor beat this lovely system, you start young or you try to catch up like alot of folks... so the more help you have the better....

MONTHLY Dividend stocks or funds... most are trusts, SJT, MTR, PGH... http://www.italkcash.com/forum/equities/11884-monthly-dividend-stocks.html here are just a few... I like the U.S. trusts better... why, you have to pay Canadian tax so it cuts your dividend, but some are cheap and you can own more for a little.

'My" favorites are PGH, SJT, MTR... MTR is probably my favorite of the 3... pays a very nice dividend usually 10 out of 12 months... that compounds fast... so sit down and figure it out.. if you re-invest the dividend and just let it keep compounding... wa- La! it begins to add up and over a 20-30 yr period it is worth alot more than sitting around trying to figure out when to buy and sell while your trying to do your job. How do you think the rich keep getting richer..????? they set up funds for their newborns and those kids are millionaires by the time they are 40 yrs old... time is on a babies side.... take care RK, and thanks for the comments...L.

Did any of you out there miss me? Yes, I have been on vacation for awhile, a trip of a life time, I will share it with you later... I needed it really... while I was gone, well, my portfolio stayed even, I had purchased a few stocks to counter my downside stocks .... so honestly I really was not ready for this great bear move..... sad to say... but .. I do believe that we could have a chance to get out of those upside stocks in this bullish move that has bounced off an old support line that I had going back several yrs ago at around S&P 1105... I realize it broke below that, but that support/resistance held alot of history so.. that will be the first retest area... when it turns again... I have 1200 and 1224 ish as upside tagets right now... 1250 again would be my top... to be bullish again we would have to pop over 1325 from what I see... some would go higher.. Do not get depressed over this move..Bernanke is not out of bullets yet he will waste more $$ before this is over but you need to choose your exits wisely, most of you have made good gains over the yrs...go to cash as soon as possible. I have stressed sometimes, well, more than once that cash is king, gold and silver will become very important over the next few yrs, but Prechter says that even it will take a dive too. From what I see on the charts it is due for a correction, but that it could jump as high as $5000 a troy ounce, or higher... panic situations tend to make things go crazy... as a matter of fact this morning on CNBC's site they have an article about the GOLD FEVER On EBAY! maybe its time I sold some of mine...LOL! Europe will be the death of all markets.... Germany will try to take over again.... funny maybe Hitler is still alive??? I am just kidding.... but the Germans control most of the policies at the moment... along with the British.... so, how can we trade it.... I need to do some homework... but you might need to buy a gun to add to your survival gear... remember, at least 3-6mo's worth of food and water to be rotated at all times...that includes ammo. According to headlines on CNBC this evening... fed's about to spend the last billions on treasury probably the 10 yr liken cashin says.... so it could be interesting. This week could get very well weird.... its the only way I can describe it. We gapped down on Friday, so that was a 3rd wave of what could have been either the beginning of 3 of 3 or its a 5th wave and 1257 is my target either way... for the end of 1 of 3 or 5 of 1 of a minor degree wave of wave C down.... so the bounce is near... have a good wk I am on vacation so I will be off and on the site.... Damn, I hate to be BLOWN UP!!! Started as a gap day, the BS about Greece, the dismall reports on about everything, including housing... flooding, tornadoes,    Is the world Ending????? (I think the billboards where just adorable) Is it even debateable anymore about the mixed messages that are surrounding us. Margin requirements have been raised on Physical delivery goods(oil, gas, gold, silver, corn, beans, pigs, cows...LOL!) but they have Lowerd requirements on futures for the S&P, Dow, Naz. now is that weird or what?

SPARKS are flying! what are we supposed to do next! where is the money going....?????? The House of Reps are right now at this moment voting on Debt Ceiling, should they raise it or Not?   Hmmmmmmmm HELP!!!!!!!!!!    LOL!   does anyone have anything that is not a bit INSANE at this pt and time.

OK,   Lets just boil it down to this ....... What is the Left hand doing, and then lets look at the Right Hand..... My channel lines have barely been broken, but with Asia performing down and europe looking blaugh, who knows how Washington will step up to bring more cash to operate and to buy more stocks to keep the market going higher.... but have you looked at Goldie locks lately... (GS) down pretty good. Financials will have to pick up the pace to keep the market floating, and for now they do not look good. Futures Rolling Over to June!

Well, its been a while since I updated.. and I really can't apologize since I had nothing to say till this Market decided to go one way or the other.. which it has by the way.. up, then down, and thats a great Mkt for the future trader and option traders.. spring break is coming up.. and alot of these guys are worn out... Many are celebrating all the BONUS's and great returns that they have made from the Past two Yrs!....... WOW! How time flys!   So lets recap for a moment... two yrs ago we had a country in Crisis mode.. banks where folding like cards on a Poker table, and Now we are hearing of Crisis in those same places again, Europe, now China and there Jobs problem(remember I wrote about that not too long ago) Did you know that they have to have almost 274million... yes million jobs to sustain there economy! Thats just absolutely amazing! to have to feed that Population let alone create that many Jobs... I think the U.S. Population is only around 410 million.. and we have something like 25-30 million with-out jobs... that includes people who have just given up hope, and went back home to live with their parents ... or they just found a box out of the trash to live in...

Our country amazes me right now... it really is pathetic what is happening to My own state let alone Wisconsin. These so called elected officials blaming the common working person for all of the states problems...let alone the countries.. I don't know if any of your caught the Sam Zell show on CNBC a wk or so ago... all of these crisis problems are the fault of Unions and Collective bargaining... what Hog Wash!!! to go around blaming Unions when they had the right to go back to the table Just like GM, FORD, and Chrysler did and they where able to work out the deals of a life time to save there companies, and a few good jobs before they lost the whole boat to the Tsunami!!!!!!!!!!    This country was slave labor when it started and it still is!   The goverments both state and federal have slowly over the yr's taken our civil rights (what little we had) away from us again.... all over corporate greed and Wall streets stupidity... the slaves will have to bail them out again and again... but this time its really different than the past... there is NO MONEY! the WELL has gone dry! They have no choice but to tap onto all the major resources they have to collect tax money and that is gasoline... the fuel that drives america... the higher the gas the more tax dollars for the states and fed gov'mts.. Our country at the moment is in termoil.. and what I mean by that is for every worker there seems to be an unemployed person or a person who has had to settle for a job that they are making half what they where making before. So, these people are not traveling like they where.. they go to work, grocery shop and then home.. there is no extra driving for this or that... they do not have the extra $$ so the state and fed gov't is not pulling in their usual revenue from gasoline so they raised the price so they get their tax dollars from those few and all of those who are working.. they are not missing out on a dime of revenue.. as a matter of fact every penny is worth a billion dollars did you know that?

when I wrote the above paragraph Japan was still hustling and busling like NYC. Today it is a disaster, and another Nuclear reactor has gone off simulating the Atom bomb of WWII. People are resilient, and the Japanese culture has already proved that once. The amazing thing about this disaster and that of Haiti, is how fast the U.S. reacted to helping them yet left our own Katrina victims thirsty and hungry for days on end, acting as if nothing had happened. New Orleans looked like Japan, and most of it still does. On top of that they get a huge puddle of Oil to top it all off to destroy fisheries and kill off many family run business's that where already on the edge of the cliff due to Katrina, well, they fell off the cliff and no one is their to help them.   America is always first to help the other countries, but where is America to help their Own! I have no problem helping Japan, or Haiti, believe me, the last thing I as a Human want is for another human to die over stupidity. That is what hurts me when I see what is happening in our Own Country right now. A sign went up at a local church the other day just down the street from me... "FREE meal Tues. Night starting at 6p.m.", Humm I said, so I had to get up a bit early but I went over tonight to see how many people where there... it was packed, not a single place to park. I was amazed, stunned, this could not be all perishiners I said. My neighbor was parking in the grass with grocery sacks in her hands, I got out to help her, she was a bit stunned when I got out, and asked what I was doing here? Free meal sounds good to me and I chuckled, again she asked, and I told her I just had to see how many people where here, and its good to know someone who goes to this church. She called me just a min. ago to tell me she had to go back to the grocery another time, just to make peanut butter sand. for kids. They where overwelmed. They had not expected so many people the first night. Can you imagine what the people of Japan are going thru as you are reading this... I know at times I preach in my writings to have food, water, and emergency kits ready but tonight was just a small example of what it must have been like for millions in New Orleans, Japan, Haiti, and Indonisia. How scary! We are a spoiled society, we take everything for granted, and we whine like children if we do not get what we want even as a society. But, our gov'ts have created this mess, they have commercialized farming, they have commercialized almost our daily lives. We rely on the local grocery store to feed millions of us, kids do not know that their food comes from a farm, they think the food is made right their at the store... how cute is that?????? REALLY!                                                                                                                                              This Earthquake and tsunami is just an example of what is to come, all the cycles are coming together March 19th is a full Moon and What is SOOOOOOOOO Special about this Full MOON is its orbit to the earth is the closest it has been to Earth in many many yrs.(I do not know the exact thousands of yrs or so) so the earths gravitational pull is going to be tested and is as I type... Magnetism is important on all of us, we are made up of Positive and Negative ions, in our blood and cells, and this pull from the moon does funny things to people. Mother Earth is made the same way, if you cut her down the middle she looks like an atom and thats we are made of tiny atoms... all with as much capability of exploding as the Nuclear reactors in Japan   Pos, and Neg ions all play a major role in our lives... now think of this On Dec 21st 2012... the Myan calendar ends right? guess what else happens that night....???/   All of the PLANETS line up together... it is the most amazing of all Planetary alignments to take place in millions or billions of yrs... Could it be the end? Who knows, I nor anyone else could never tell you what could happen.. since no one has ever experienced this incredible event before, but can you just imagine what kind of forces will be pulling on the Earth that day and at the precise time of total alignment????

I have to run, but these are just a few of the things that I have been working on.. I have alot more, but I am not sure who really wants to chat about this kind of stuff... March 18-21st is a major turning date.. I will update what the others have to say in the morning.. havea good night L.

Prophets of Doom

I got home a bit early this morning to view a show on the History channel called the Prophets of Doom. All I can say is you should really take the time to watch this show... its beyond interesting, and the facts that are stated by this group is amazing.. each man has a unique dedication to his thoughts since they look at the past and the present. Try really even though we have a very Bearish day due to tradgedy, or is it? Did you all know that our goverment does not have the $$$ to keep going or stay open is the best way to put it..... Japan is sad, and a million times worse than expected ... S&P could fall to the 1227 area... if that breaks, I am looking at 1173, to the 1160ish area.. that should end wave 1 of wave 3 IMO. there are severalother counts but I will stick to this one.. This current mkt condition to me is at a serious point. Both sides are fighting hard if you ask me, the bulls are still in control but the real data is starting to surface... but Uncle Ben and China are the controllers of it all if you ask me. The questions that are stirring in my mind is how bad is the Job situation in China? Is there a Bubble in their own Housing mkt. ? China is low on food, water, and commodities in general... or are they? could this be another run that they are creating these false bubbles on purpose to make trillions of dollars back that the U.S. gov owes them, but can not pay? China is buying gold as I have stated before.. outbuying India.. and recently the British gov't in now considering the same flight... to gold... whats up with the precious metals??? flight from their own dollars??? I stated many yrs ago to buy as much silver as possible.. and if you did it is paying off... buttttttt silver and gold could take a major drop in price again and if it does... I really feel that it is another buying opportunity if you have the extra $$$ because I am looking at $100 on silver on the next round... inflation or deflationary situations this time... I feel that the precious metals will go up higher and higher.....
Back to the Market..... again we need a nice correction and our friends at CNBC has been having alot of their buddies on saying a correction is wayyyyyyyyy over due.. well, yes but the 2yr time window is coming in March... and Uncle Mchugh has a bradley turn date on the 17th,, buttt his Phi mate turn date in TODAY.... we are overbought and have overextended this rally and it has been to wipe out all the bears and to get all their money... while getting others to overextend themselves to the long side and get more out of their pockets(yours and mine)...bens magic and 600 billion are still at work... pooffffffffff!!!!!! Ahhhh, now some of you are extremely lucky. Living in what I would consider Paradise at the moment, sunshine, maybe a bit of rain, but at least the temperatures are warm, not Icy like the mid-west is at the moment.
Now I am lucky that tonight, because of Mother Nature, I get to do an update that I should have already done over the wkend. Sorry, again. We have just been cloobered by Old man winter this yr. It feels like winter is never going to end. So to some of you out there, just thank your lucky stars you do not have 3 inches of ice hanging on your roof, to others who might frequent this site and you live in Snow,ice and Fear, well sorry your feeling the winter blues too!!

To my update: Momentum and Near Term lines in my opinion are BULLISH.. Overbought conditions do persist though long term... some may not agree, that is fine I do understand your stance on that... but for you we still have room to the upside... I am looking now at the 1310-17 area in the $SPX. There is of course the possibility of it going higher but lets go for that for now... 1350 is not out of the ? I got caught on this one to the downside.. so I am a little pissed to say the least.. Mon. was not a good day for the Flipper... oh well we live and learn... have a good day..>L

Mc, is calling a sell on NDX, and Transportation sector... Dow has not confirmed yet.. but $RUT has confirmed sell... callling a rising bearish wedge on this wave C of (B)... so short at your own risk.. we could be topping.. and if that is the case.. its been happening over the past month IMO. and if we are topping, then we could bounce up and down for sev mo's like I had mentioned before.. It could get interesting.. but, its all about the stimulus if you ask me.. and unemployment when it runs out.. will they extend it again???? most of those people who have been on Unemployment for this long will never get a job again... because they have not worked for so long.... Ok, I said I would have an update tonight...LOL! All I can think about is the snow storm that I will be entering this morning. The U.S. is currently 70% covered in snow... how do you like that. So, the cycle of the weather is spot on..but the cycle for this move is going to bounce for several more months to come. I was reading an old traders site this morning and he seems to believe it is not a bad idea to take any profits and just go on vacation for awhile....... I say he might be right, and I figure his analysis is 75% right in the past yr. I already took any profits that I had.. and that is not alot. I am stills sitting in Nat.Gas , I still feel that in time it too will begin a rally to its already huge correction, but again it could still fall further after that is done, so the summer mo's do not look good for Nat.Gas.. Coal on the other hand well, it could just go higher from here... it is the other side of Electricity and with the storms that we have had lately the south is turning up the heat, I have gotten in and out of JRCC several times, but as with the S&P it still could go higher.. but I will not be in it ... we could be topping... but did we just finish a Minor wave B up is the question.. if so, then we will only fall for several weeks off and on.. so this is just a corre cti ve wave 4 at best... but if we are topping this could go on for several months... or my calcul.. till March-april... then we could have a nice serious correction... for the start of one of those scenerios that I sent to both of you. Long term Mkt. Sentiment is beginning to turn downward, it is still above 70... but I do not think this will last long. Most of the news lately has began with.... after this nxt move down... or lets wait till this corrective move is over.... so.. they are gearing up for one last move to the upside..so they can take their profits.. so be careful here.. again I believe McHugh had a wide spread turn date but it was somewhere between this wk and the 6th of Jan... We broke my channel to the upside, but the news is compounding the efforts of the Bulls and the Bears are thinking this could be an interesting Christmas. Could there be Coal in the Bulls stockings??

I tell ya, this could get interesting.. I am stuck in the middle...the only 2 thing's going in the Bulls favor right now is the mass production of $$ by Ben and Co., and some great co. earning reports. I luved the cartoon that Pug put up.. and it really does make you think about the whole stimulus thing, but..... its not working.   The states are now letting out a "HOWL", of Help!!! Billions and Billions in debt, and are about to lay off millions of state workers, let alone what does the Fed Gov. do in the coming yr. ???? They are slowly letting their concerns out too... TAXES???? what do we do, we are screwed if we do not get some more $$ to offset the Ben Bergaid!... Hows your pocket feeling lately?

My upper channel is broken, so are we in a B wave, or could this be the final 5th wave up of A(primary). Futures are wild right now.. up and down Nikkei is down pretty good right now..   The Euopean countries are imploding. Where do we put our $$ for the future... India, Africa, China...

Do you like M&M's... well not that kind... try this M&M out.... Mahindra and Mahindra... Indian farm equipment maker... this co. will take over John Deere's dominance in the future.
Gold, Silver... that seems to be the NO BBRAINER right now!
Africa controls most of the precious metal market and diamonds... in drilling for these metals diamonds are wanted heavily. Oil and Gas, Gold and silver, platinum and rare earth metals,   MCP   Molycorp.. RIO... but I think that ticker changed..   do you see what I mean. China has bought over 5X the amount of gold this yr, than they did on 09, and they overtook the top country India.... now that is getting crazy... so what does 2011 have in store???
Apple has opened stores in china and india.. that stock could just explode again... but they control over 10% of the U.S. stock mkt. The only thing is, as fast as they produce it the Chinese are counterfeiting it the next day... they are loosing billions and billions just like Nike and other co's in the U.S. Oh and Mahindra is also a major car maker in India too...

Mchugh has called for a major turn to take place somewhere in the Dec. 26-Jan. 6th.

Hey all, hope everyone got some much needed rest. The mkts just seem to be all over the place and right-fully so with all the news, good and bad.

Are we topping or are we in a lesser degree wave 4??? I have pounded my brain out the past few days trying to get to the bottom of where we are.... its a coin toss.. we really could be topping, but we are still in a trading range and until we break to the upside(1184) or downside (1174-3) then we are probably in either or. If we are in a 4th wave, we could only be in wave A of 4 and in A we are in C or E of a triangle... now the pros all say two diff things.. and I can count it both ways myself.. so.. just as I also count it as a possible topping pattern... and we could really just fall to at least 1150, and that could also complete wave A of 4.. then we go up into a larger degree B of 4... and that could take another 60dys.. then fall into C, then D, then E... if each take 60dys.. total 280dys to 300.. from the start.. from april... so daytraders dream if we are in a 4th wave. will try to get some drawings up later today... >L

Coal

Now a few weeks ago I think I posted that I was buying JRCC... James river coal co. and I did and it has been a very nice profit so far.. as of today Coal in general seems to be breaking to the upside.. so as Cramer says... ALL IN.... I am still in Nat. Gas. and I am going to stick it out... UNG still looks good to me.. as far as the overall mkt goes.. I now think we go further down.. as coal rises.. so at the present moment this is beginning to look like a B wave of B... I am sitting here laughing my butt off! CNBC is argueing amongst themselves and the Mkt is climbing over poorer jobs report.. (whats new), and my small prediction that if the Republicans stampeded we are going to climb. The Fed Reserve is out of control and our economy is just moving at a snails pace.

Humm.. The only economy that I see moving along is a shit load of $$ floating down the Niagra River and getting ready to go over-board... falling with the Falls...... this is great! So, are you all ready to make some serious $$$$... its time to get out of Equities.. I think Friday is that day. I think that the shit hits the fan next week... I have a turn coming somewhere in the Nov. 8-11th area... Now the question is how large a correction we have... since we where supposed to already have this correction and it has not really hit>>>????? So where is Waldo right? He is coming with us... this could be the big one..but Ben is involved so that is not the answer yet... let Ben spend his Billions... so that means we are just going to correct to the 1150 area.. or a little higher... then up we go to all new highs on this move... 1250 could be it or higher... lets not worry about that right now.. we need to focus our energy on setting our outs on any equites that you might have...looks like this could extend out to 2011... Over the past few weeks I have had the opportunity to chat with the people of the Appalachian Mountain regions from Ohio, eastern Ky, W.V. and N.C, . It was sad at times, many I have know for years and I look forward to our small but intimate chat every-yr. You know the usual, how are you? what is happening in your world kind of chat. From job loss's to illness's to, "You know so and so past on he was killed or died from this or that". Every year it seems to get harder for me, I am getting older too, but the old timer's are slowly wittling away, and with them goes knowledge of hunting, fishing, farming, gardening, bee keeping, hat making, broom making, forging steel, coal mining, Mt. herbal remedies, and most of all MOONSHINE! You ever had it? You would think someone just put a bullet in your gut! but its pure alcohol, clean, you could run your car for a yr on one tank of it thats how potent the stuff is, one of my buddies wives handed me a flask that had been made for me before he was laid to rest. My name written on the bottle, "Glovelady", I laughed, then cried. He always told me he would teach me his secret. Another Mt. secret laid to rest. "Willy", was his name, he never worked for anyone, just sold moonshine, genseng, and herbs to people he could trust. We, traded goods, I get some shine for a doz. of gloves. That was always our deal. So, I gave her a doz. gloves for her son, hoping the tradition continues, since thats all he does too for a living. Life goes on......

So, does the Stock mkt, and what a tradition it is in families far and wide, before I left I had left a message to watch the Almight "$$$DOLLAR", as it holds the key to when this rally could end, or will it?

I like it butt... we seem to be in a weird movie, like Friday the 13th.. Up and down, murdering the Puts, and murdering the calls.. funny I call it legitimate stealing,.. but it feels like 2007 all over again... Have I mentioned that before? Ending Diagonal Triangle's can occurr in "C", waves or 5th waves... and they don't stop till they feel like it most of the time... go ask the boys over at EWT... they lost alot of followers and are probably losing more right now... as some of you know they keep saying.. any day now we are going to top... lovely words if you have any meat left on your bones after Freddy Kruger gets thru with you!!!!!!!!!!!.... LOL! So thats it.. and like I had said before I left, this could take a few mo's to trade out.... These charts shows the NASDAQ going back to a recent previous high while the Advance/Decline issues and volume barely making it back half of the way.

From what I read, this used to be a symptom that showed up in a classic topping process, but with FED waves coming into play I am not so sure this time will not be different.

Springhill, and Pug both are pretty much on the $$$$ with what is happening at this point and time. The only thing really holding this mkt up in my opinion is Ben and Co. I do realize that companies are giving good, well, lets refraze that better than expected earnings. My Co. would probably have better earnings too if I was able to rehire my employee's that I laid off for half price. I was watching a video of one of the big Bank CFO's, and he was laughing how they hired some of the "Unfortunate Lehman Bro's employee's for over half off", I was just laughing too... wonder when they fire him..LOL! Wonder what his new salary will be! As my previous post said this is a game of bouncing balls.. where can we cut next to save $$. Believe me there are alot of great people out there with alot of experience dying for a job right now.. they have lost everything and this is what our gov't and big business wanted... the only problem is... when will it stop? My personal opinion is not for a long long time... bouncing balls sometimes begin to pick up speed.. take a moment and reflect on how your life has changed in the past several yr's????? Do you feel rushed, a little overwelmed wondering if you have a job day to day.. if you have one? Do this,. Do that... rush rush,,,,, I try to do just the opposite.. but I have always been a busy beaver... I luv pressure, I work better under it. I suggest you just click on both Channels, and Pug to the right, study what both men have to say. I do believe that both are right, at this time I have 1219.23 as my target ... but we need a correction that I thought was coming this morning... butttttt alas... the ball is bouncing... be careful.. even though I am promoting some stocks... take your profits wisely right now... it maybe time to slowly start buying into some QID, it is looking cheeeeeap... but $VIX is toooo... but again RR has buy signals rolling.. and I see ending diagonal correction and then higher... so 3 of 3 of wave C is coming to a close... with the ending diag in wave 5 of 3... then correction in larger 4th, and then final 5th wave of Wave C... of ???? Nasdaq is lagging, $SPX is hanging in there... will there be follow thru? 1174 seems to be the key.. do or die for the Bears... The Bulls will have to come up with more follow thru to get there, if they do RR,Rk.. the market has turned to the Bulls... there's alot of pressure building up especially when Jobs and the almighty Dollar are not looking so good...its like Tennis, can an injury put you mentally and physically out of the Rankings, will the Bulls feel the pressure from higher prices like gas, food, just importing all together? Or will they just stampede? We really will not know till Morning... this is probably one of the most important Jobs reports we have ever had to divide the Bulls and Bears, Fibonacci levels have been hit, and if they do not hold... 1174... the bears will Hybernate early this year... but come out early next spring very hungry... but this market will bounce like tennis balls till then...the dollar is that ball... bounceing trying to stay in play.... so watch the ball carefully while I am gone... it is the key to the mkt, and the next great crash.... Hi everyone, I have not listened to one word yet from our President I have instead decided to just watch the mkt fluctuate with his emotions!.. He raises his hands the mkt goes up, he gets serious and down to his answer the mkt goes down.. see sawing with tension so tight well, even a tight rope walker wouldn't walk across it from fear it could break. I have sold all my stock positions while this was going on, little ones and big ones.. I had bought several on Fri, and they got nice bounces from all the "EXCITEMENT".

I feel the set up for a turn is going "GREAT"! as Tony the Tiger would say! Some of you out there think I am nuts, and hey you have that right, luckily for myself I am not the only "Grizzly", out there. I realize the so called chance that I am taking, and the stance that I am taking. See, the P&F charts just went off the map, pointing to an all new high on the $SPX! 1320 to be exact! I am excited! This is the Best Jerry Springer Show I have ever Not listened too! Just watching the hand gestrures and the $SPX chart in front of me tells it all... bouncing with emotions like a kid at his first ball game!!!! Now Rr, I am that kid right now...

The set up goes like this, we broke 1137, that set us up for a great final 5th wave of wave C, and it takes us to the best H&S pattern I have seen in yrs. I am looking for 1145-50 on $SPX, the $VIX is bouncing all over.. and actually seems to be making a nice bottoming pattern... The bulls are peaking, this "Obama Hour", reminds me of a Soap Opera that my mum loved to watch everyday..."As The World Turns", sponsored by Obama care! Head and Shoulder's?????

First let me say Thank You to my most loyal buddy of all Rr, for taking over some of the responsibility of driving this blog, I hope he continues to help when I am very busy in the fall mo's a-head w/my personal job schedule. So with that Thanks again Rr!!!

Head and Shoulders?? Well, I see two of them that have formed.. Back in Jan 2010 we hit 1150 area, and then in April we made a new high in what we will Call Wave B right now, then we fell into July and now we are still fighting an uphill battle to finish either this Larger H&S pattern at or around the 1150 range or the smaller H&S pattern that formed from mid June's 1130ish area then fell into July and formed its Head in August around the 1125ish area then fell into late Aug, and now forming the right shoulder as I am typing. So that is the two Bearish H&S patterns that I see, lets see the bullish side...

Bullish H&S pattern is inverted, and to me does not follow correct form, but it is still part of the chat around other rooms.. left shoulder 1050ish finished June 2010, Head formed in July 1010 and now Right Shoulder formed end of Aug at 1050ish again, and now we are banging on the Rally door and seem to be stuck with some Flakes hanging upside down... LOL! Hey, we really could be in this pattern, but the Bears still have one more good H&S forming on a larger degree if the bulls can break this 1130ish area significantly.. and that is the 1150 right Shoulder... I am not a great fan of this inverted H&S sighting, it looks more like a GHOST pattern to me, funny that half time show on CNBC with Peter Najerian and Melissa just chatted about this, and so did a friend of mine chat about it for several hours last night..so what do all of you think? H&S or a Ghost... Oct, is just around the corner.. Ghost patterns fall hard when they complete...we will just have to wait this one out... I personally am buying little bits of QID at this time... in preperation for the Larger 1150 H&S pattern. We are also approaching my 30 day turn, in the beginning of Oct 4-6 area.. so do we bounce and make it look like it is a topping pattern and then zoom up to 1150... Mkt is having a hard time itself figuring all of this out...We just have to play the waiting game.. if you have any fall cleaning or painting to do I would get it done in the next few wks... I think Oct, is going to be a Ghostly mkt ....Boo boo...have a good wkend.>L

I have been telling you about my model well it is still in daily buy as of today. My weekly model which is not as reliable yet as daily is turning bullish and if no reversal by end of week it will give a buy. However I noticed that it did that back in spring 2008 during wave 2.

So my model keeps us on right side of Market. But I have to say that this does not feel to me as a new leg up of bull market, but feels more like a hopeful wave 2. What I have learned though is not to be on the side of what I feel or think, and that's why I like my model: It has no feelings :)

I will look more into all coming turn dates later, but I am seeing a major one on or around 12/21. And I would like to speculate that it will be some sort of a tradeable bottom.

My apologies to everyone.. my cable line went out at 1a.m. this morning... and of course its just an outing in your area. It lasted till 5.p.m or just a few min. ago. I have to say, perfect timing I did not get a whole lot of homework done, but my e-mail to all of you that I was working on is null and void now. It was a reminder of what the futures where already doing, and that I had a possible 3 of 3 scenerio that could happen. So, today was that 3 of 3 of C or 3 of wave 5 up. Now, we are inching closer to the completion of either wave 3 up or of wave 5 up... thats the two scenerios that I have for this evening... Most other analysts like EWT have us in a Wedge that turns and reverses.. sort of the same pattern we had in 2007, and I think we had the same in 2000, these reverse wedges seem to occurr alot in wave B's.. at least that's what I have noticed over the yrs. so where does it all end.. well guys and gals that is a good question.. I have since Fri, indicators saying we are turning to go south, but with the MOMENTUM on the Bulls side right now, the corrective C wave we are in is only at 50% of the drop from "07", I have to tell all of you I have never seen a C wave not do a 61.8% retrace. So, the real question is, are we in a B wave still or are we in the C of B...??? So to break that down all B waves are usually 3 waves.. or 5 waves right.. being that we could be in a Larger degree B wave correction of Wave A.. we could have a 3 wave B wave.. consistis of an A, B and a C wave.. the wedge pattern acts like a B wave.. then we shoot up into C if that is the case then 1150 is the target or higher... to end the B wave in a Cycle degree.... my thoughts say that is the target.. my gut says it too.. 1130 is acting as resistance and could end the top of wave B and we would then need to fall into the minuette to minor degree wave C down.. then we could still shoot back up into the final C wave of wave B... have I confused you yet... its crazy sometimes.. I am just going thru these off the top of my head as I am typing.. I wish I had a way to hand draw out what I see.. but hopefully you all have enough smarts to draw out these scenerios that I have given... just hand draw them.. gives you a better perspective of what I am trying to say. OK.. I am sorry about no updates.. I will bitch to WOW cable for all of us ... but it will do not good.. LOL! Todays mkt action seems to almost be done, it has repeated the same pattern though, that is my only concern. the funny thing is a trend line that I had drawn from Jan 15, across to June 21 high held this move up today.. and all of those highs are with in 6 days of each other, so we still have price/time to go higher or move sideways before we correct.. that is and has been the trend for Major and Minor tops.. I should have shared that with you sooner... kinda goes with the McClaren post... and my 30 day turns... even though most of those do so with in the first 5 days of the month. If you have quest. just ask, I am typing as fast as I can, I have overslept every day this wk.. I was going to get out of my shorts this morning but just could not muster up the courage to do it.. I actually had to laugh at myself.. I did set a sell on MMYT.. and it did hit my target.. but I am sad to say that CRUS did not go with it.. it was 5cents shy of my target.. I am pissed to say the least. Lets just X my fingers that Apple wants them.. LOL!. OK, so are we topping.. I have 5 waves up you two, heavy resistance and some stochs that say sell.. Ok, I have not the time to go check out anything anyone has updated tonight so here's what I see, we have support at or around 1088-90 area, If we are in a 4th wave still??? we have only done a,b, and we need to finish c,d,and e. so that means we will still bounce to finish either the c of 2 to be done to start going down in 3 of 3 of 1 of "C", did ya get that..LOL! hope so... or we still need that last 5th wave if we have not already finished that, and resistance right now sits at 1115.54.. thats on my 1yr.dly chart. my stochs still say buy but again look good for only a few days... I have not checked the volume so someone please update later what you have.. there is of course one more thing... resisitance still sits at 1115.. but this move could be just wave 2 of wave 3 of wave c..we could move fast and furiously to the upside. so be very careful.. again.. 1150-1250 are not out of the ? right now if we are light volume situation.. ppl are still on vacation right now.. Short and Sweet, todays mkt action was a definite 4th wave of possible wave C on wave 2 of wave 3.. or it could be wave b of 2 of wave 5 of larger degree "C" that may have never finished at what we originally thought at 1130.. So, where do I think we really are.. toss a coin.. really the bulls think they are back, and todays mkt action really to me.. means it really is a coin toss. Bernanke still weighs on their minds heavily, did he go too far in buying treasuries? and now buying more? Is our country bankrupt? Bernanke really has not been bullish at all, on the contrary?....believe me all of you know why I think the way I do.. right now lets say we drop a bit more to 1080ish area, but I am looking for a bouncing ball move here really cause we need to finish this 4th wave minuette degree move.. so up and down for at least half the day tomorrow.. then final 5th wave up to 1115-1118 area or if we break that to the 1130 area.. and to me it looks like we could do that and if so.. it will form a nice looking H&S pattern.. so many want to say the W pattern and that is bullish... I personally think the Updat that RR put up for McClaren could be very accurate... see I am all over the place.. but.. remember we could still be in that larger degreee 2nd wave of C down.. and we still need to do all five waves up of a final minor C wave... but my stochastics do not say that.. 10yr daily on sell.. in a few days.. but my 30 day rally month is on... so as confusing as I am making this right now.. just try to take 30 min. and read what I have said carefully and go over the patterns.. if I am wrong let me know what you think...I am not perfect as all of you know.. this mkt is tuffer to call everyday.. I was over at Bloodwines community the other night.. going over a few scenerios with Rk, and with the gang over there. One of my scenerios and of course the one that I really did not think would trade out happens to be the one that is trouncing my bank account right now. Needless to say, I did not know that the Main Man was giving his speech last night.. again..I am sorry, if I had known. It was a total surprise for me. He always makes the market rise... so now all I can say is we are in a larger and I mean larger degreee "C", wave up... this wave really could go from 1080 ish all the way to 1250. I am sorry everyone, I only have one solution if you have extra cash on the side.. buy silver. I set my sell button the other day on AGQ, and it sold of course before I woke up last night at around 4:30 p.m. I was not feeling well, so I actually slept the whole day away, and of course that is my usual schedule, but after I got up I noticed what a bad mistake I had made in selling, so I will be getting back in at the opening this morning SLV is cheaper, and either trade will do.. Could we finally be there? We could be there.. this fine morning the Nikki, China, and EWT say we are going down. Its ugly over seas right now. It could be a good down day here in the states...no its going to be a blood bath I think, we are already down 7 pts on S/P futures... most everything boils down to Friday.. we have poor Jobs again as most have predicted and we are on our way to the 3rd wave of the 3rd wave of wave 1 down. I have this move going till around Sept 27-Oct.. 5-6.. I know that is wide range but it will get zoomed in better in a few wks. we go down till right now Sept 7th area. have a bump up and then continue down from what I can see if we are in the 3rd wave.. It will be as exciting as it was in 2001, and 08, just relax, this could be the best film of the Yr. since they have had the worst Movie summer sales in a very long time! the key right now break 1039 then 1010, sand we will then be making lots of $$... later>L

Really my bad you all, I forgot about the upcoming wk end events.. Gas and Oil always go up.. in turn so does the market. So, my apologies, this time I really am sorry. I get wrapped in other things and forget little market movers like Holidays. OK, so we need to just relax. I have several scenerios in my mind, larger degree 2nd wave, of wave 3 down. and in that wave we would be in the "C" wave.. and in a minor degree. so that move could take us to 1080ish to 1100. I f it breaks 1100, we are going back to 1130. Scenerio number 2, We are still in the Larger C wave of "B", that we all thought was done and packed away, and if we are still in that move, let me tell ya, we are only in wave 1 or A, and we still would have a 2,3,4,5, to go and then we are looking for the old 1150 to 1250 area... hundred point spread there but we just do not know if that is what we are in till we actually break 1130. I have not read a single update tonight, I have just been hashing some of this stuff out in my mind...... and that could be bad or good.. either way its not the direction I was hoping for at this time. I did not get the big picture until last night. I told ya I needed to do some homework and I am not unhappy about the upswing I am just mad at myself for not keeping up with my scenerios. I wanted to let you know what I was really thinking before I go see what the Pro's have.. I will send the usual hope you get to read before the opening bell. that way you can compare wht they are saying to what I am thinking.. I also wanted to add that I find it strange that my two leading stocks are just not doing anything AAPL, and GE. The mrkt just seems strange when these two babies of mine are doing nothing. The Vol. on apple was just downright terrible and Ge is looking better than apple, which I find strange.. Even though we are going up.. I am still 65% short with continuing trades still in TZA,QID,SDS,EDZ I took a little beating Fri. I purchased a few shares of AGQ that have been treating me good, and it looks like it could go higher.. but I still feel we are going down!. .. later>L

Ok, I have a small move to the upside comeing.. I have yet to read all of my updates.. so I am off to do that this early a.m ... futures are already up a few points.. I have a turn on Tues. If you have a 401K I have a few suggestions to possibly trade.. these are just suggestions you trade at your own risk. Pro-funds has a few really lucious trades setting up.. You have to go to at least a 1yr chart to bring these up.. UFPIX is the best right now, It should turn to buy in a few days.. I give it less than a wk but again you check it out.. URPIX is next.. check them out.. the next is gold, and natural gas.. I have a few trades but these trusts have to be held for I think 6mos. before you can sell.. but the dividends are paid monthly..PBT, PGH, SJT. Gas storage is Hot right now. new on the block is PNG.. Its been a very busy few wks with volitility going in every direction.. be careful, check out every trade you have everyday, be prepared to hit the trigger if you have profits.. Hindenburg has been announced by McHugh.. I will give further updates as it goes. >L

Fib Levels

Toaday's mkt action took us to level 1 in my Fibonacci retracement levels. 1070.55 sat at 261.8% we hit 1070.66.. We did a very nice 5 waves down and need to go into a 2nd wave or we do a continuation of the possible 3rd wave we could be in with a quick a,b,c pattern. We are a little oversold, but I was really looking for a larger sell off, I am patient though my next fib level is around 1034 area.. but the key here is we need to break 1069 now.. I will post some of my charts and if you have any you want posted just e-mail them too me. and I will post them. Again, we need to see some selling in the Apple area, GE, had just incredible volume today, Apple very little.. we get the Apple to fall, we get this ball rolling faster.. good night.>L

VOLUME~~~No not again today?

As usual the Bulls pulled off a fabulous day on light Volume...well, maybe not~~ The buying only seemed to be located from what I can tell as the ticker floats past me.. in the Ag and oil industries as they go hand and hand. To really say that the Bulls are back, I say they need to play catch-up with the Dow, and they are still 500 pts behind in that Index. Do we go higher...gosh I have a possible 3rd wave finish but remember my old saying.. even though she looks like she needs a 4 and 5 all of that is inbedded in that 3rd wave..and corrective patterns are 1-2-3 or better known as A>B>C one of my first lessons learned from EWT..because Hotchberg can't count... he'd just say we still have not confirmed a 4 and 5 in that move.. and we would just go higher and he was scatching his head back in 03-7..no really we have to have those moves..LOL! That was a terrible lesson for me everyone.. corrective Bull or Bear is 3 moves.. the Futures after hrs where down, but now back to $SPX levels.. early morning trade is going to be interesting.. we did Breech 1100 on the $SPX and that is not good for the Bears.. In Two weeks if your an options trader I would be shorting POT, unless the Aussies are going to plant their little hearts out!... POT is a potential take-over..but not this time.. IPI is another fertilizer play, not as good a co. as POT, who dominates.. so maybe POT takes out someone else to keep from being bought out??? I will have to look into that. I had sent most of U E-mails on a certain stock I had found this morning.. I noticed our old friend PCLN kicking butt as usual.. over $300 today.. China... what do they have thats like a Priceline CTRIP.. CTRP... look and research that one.. its interesting for the future...or if you have a babies portfolio.. nice buy on the dips.. look how many times it has split.. they want to get rich fast and they have.. reminds me of the old MSFT days.. I miss those.. If I had only known...what I know now! anyway we can't turn back the TECH BUBBLE or CAN WE!(CHINA will have one too!) #2 economy in the world now...Yummy.. keep that in mind too!

Food is on the Rise.. I was hinting that with my Wheat update.. but some of you did not understand that, If you do not have 6mos worth of food to feed your family, you really should.. along with water and dry goods... time to start that rotational stock.. canned goods..so on.. think like the pioneers, beans, rice.. that kind of stuff,, they preserve for ages.. ask the egyptians.. they recently opend a clay pot, and the corn was still perfect... simply amazing! They where Aliens wheren't they! we could not do half what they did today. We have let our sites and our sense's get away from us. Be Prepared. Droughts happen and we could have another one soon. Todays action was interesting, ashame I slept thru it all.. but back to the grind tonight..uggg.. so here we go.. I truely feel that we might have finished a Subminuette to Minuette wave 1 down at 1069.49 on $SPX..the 50dy ma held the end of day but I think it breaks that and moves into the area of 1085ish... there is heavy resistance there, if it breaks heading to 200 dy ma.. and that is around 1090.. there are two scenerios running thru my head 1) did we just finish wave 3 of 1 and going into a larger degree wave 4 to the 1085-1090 ish area or
2) did we just finish wave Wave 1 and we are going up into an A>B>C pattern and that could take us into the same general area but higher to 1100-1110 area?

I took a look at the $TRAN index.. it is getting interesting.. a little Divergence possibly? taking place.. Now that is on a 5yr daily chart but Trans did break the 200 day mv ave. but just something to keep your eye on.
Volume was recorded today as the lightest of the entire yr. I thought that was interesting and could be another Bull fake out.. while the big boys try to make up their minds on what they are going to do next????? I am holding the positions I am in.. and will add to my 'Bear' positions if we go higher... If I am awake..LOL! ugg I wish I could retire..alas I am not given that luxory. I hope all of you enjoyed the Tony Robbins video.. More Downside?

After the Bell the Bears kept pounding forcing Futures as low as 1073, currently they are at 1079.75.

EWT- The C wave rally has ended.. wave 3 is on. Trader Psychology is the shift into 3rd gear.. ending diagonal was the bearish sign. Expecting powerful decline to take place 87' style to below July's low, do not overtrade this first move down, we are in a smaller degree. Silv and gld to start lower.

$SPX we are looking for 1070,1055, and 1040 is what I have at the current moment.. $SPX ended the day at 1089.47 I did not have a chance to add on.. Correlation Between Wheat and the $SPX

Now some of you know that I am an old farm girl.. I was over at HOBS several months ago, telling a few traders over there how I tend to watch the weather charts and had noticed how all the rain was effecting the farming industry, notably Wheat and Corn. I had read several urgent articles from farmers magazine that the corn industry would suffer severe Root Rot... basically that means that corn stalk still grows, but the roots begin to surface to get out of the water... this is not good... because when the rain halts the roots are now exposed, and dry and rot.. so loss of corn on the ear and possible loss of the whole stalk of corn. Wheat on the other hand will just lay down from all the rain and wind.. it is very good at standing back up..but like a weed it grow fast with alot of moisture making a thin stalk to stand up with, so with heavy rains and wind it breaks or bends, again this makes the moisture build up under the wheat making it rot and wilt. Now the farmer will still combine these plants.. but the seed that they collect will most likely never make it to the store shelves as your favorite Bread, or cereal. Those grains get used as feed to animals most of the time. There are different classifications of grains of course because shit happens like this, but the farmer who is able to leave their crop in the field to dry out the most will get a better price. Grains are sold by bushels not by weight for that reason, but the less moisture in the seed the farmer gets a better price by its grade usually. It cost General Mills alot of $$ to dry out the seed so they can grind it into flour to make then turn around and add water to make crereal.. seems silly but thats how it goes, because you still have to store the grain and the moisture inside the kernel will still make it rot. Popcorn for instance.. to Pop it has to have moisture, did you know that... but it has to be the perfect moisture content to pop.. I don't remember the % of moisture needed but thats an example of what makes Popcorn different from field corn that we use everyday. OK, now that you have learned about wheat and corn, who cares right......WRONG, there is a strong correlation betw Grains and the stock market that I have found.. I am sure someone else out there has written a book on it for all that I know.. I have never looked for one let me put it that way... but

I had mentioned to all of them at the time that corn and wheat should shoot thru the roof... I myself being a real dumb ass at times like right now.. just forgot about the research that I had done, but I also did not realize how many ETF's there are right now for Corn, wheat, rice, you name it its there including cattle... I just found them today.. anyway.. RK had given me Carl Futia's site and just a few min's ago I went over to see his end of day post.. and I found the yearly Wheat chart up he had.. at the same time I am looking at the $SPX and thought I would post and show all of you the correlation....Now if you can post your own chart then bring up the wheat it works better of course but notice how wheat spiked and the market fell... we are very close to that same scenerio again... very close... my stochastics are mixed as you can see on my 5yr chart... the volume is weak..but again.. back in 07 volume was even weaker and we rose to all new Highs. This is also one of the things that is bugging me right now... weak volume does not mean we are going down... as per my post this afternoon on Apple.. up $1.66 GE was pretty much flat in my opinion... and TZA started sliding into a possible 3rd wave down... We really could go to 1250 and it would not surprise me at all. So, I will try to update as soon as the post is up.. but I do not expect much out of it as usual..>L

Don't cha know that the Volume has about died off... everyone is on their last minute vacations.. butttt there is one lesson that I have learned and forgot to mention about LOW Volume.... Yes, you can have it, and it can get weaker and weaker... and you say to yourself... what the He--... how are we climbing up this ending diagonal triangle... well, everyone, there are no SELLERS!!! this scenerio took place back in the 03-07 run up.. on more than one occasion.. I was deep in Bear Shit..and yes got it smearrrrrred in my face... because of this same scenerio.. but the Tide is different here... we had jobs, we all had houses, cars, and $$. Today no houses, no jobs, no $$ freely to spend.. and your frustrated angry and want to kick ass all the time.. they call that stress... because you do not want to a) loose your house b) loose your job c) or loose your $$ even in this bear mkt... so the Tide is pulling at you.. back and forth, and you are tired... you see what I mean.. You have got to Hang in there.. remember you can always wear a life jacket when entering the water...it helps when you get tired.. just try to hedge this market the best you can.. to stay with the ebb and tide.. $USD dollar is loosing ground...continued weakness... rising diagonal or ending diagonal is still in trade, If the dollar turns.. to the upside.. we will start our Possible Spike down in stocks... Looking for dollar to go as low as $80... If it breaks that .. the ending diagonal is going to finish its move to the upside heading to 1150... The other bull working hard is the Crude oil boys.. not too many sessions that I have traded that If oil is up equities are usually following to the upside... so my count on this move at the moment... Yes we could be finished butttt the 4th wave could be getting ready to trade out...with final 5th to go... or like "R" has stated in the comments we could try to retest the JULY LOWS....another look at these move's brings in a possible decending triangle... or also know as expanding tri. too. so if that is the case. we are in only wave c on a minute scale... we would still have D and E to do... if we are in that scenerio... we actually could go to March OF 2011... before really falling hard.. my time series ...ugggg... OK, this is what I was trying to say.. even though this is Springhill Jacks chart of Oil it looks very very similar to the S&P chart, to the right.. Now the PUG call is not cool with me, I prefer the EWT call on the rising wedge or ending diagonal, but as you can see in both charts we could go back to 1105 on S&P then shoot back up, that is our first line of resistance.. if it breaks then If you draw a Fork in the road the next resistance lies in or around 1085 ish.. and so on as all of you can see from the drawings that the game plan is pretty much laid out right in front of us.. this really is a day traders dream in a way.. hedging and then taking small profits or better known as Scalping.. its alot of what I do with stocks.. but as "R", can tell all of you , that if I was in a gun fight I can pull the trigger faster than all of you..LOL!!! According to the EWT Gods, we have reached the alotted upside targets, yes we could still go higher, but we have met all criteria to resume the fall.... You know they are right, we have, and the way things are going, we really could just switch gears from forward to Reverse just as fast, this is the kind of stuff that puts traders on their knees praying, and crying like a baby. My count is very close.. the spike up yesterday could have been enough.. I just do not think so..but we are close.I still like 1150 but and so to be on the safe side everyone, be ready to pull the trigger on any gains if you have gone long on stocks, you might want to consider taking the profit, even though the futures are down, its my 30 day turn date that sticks in my head.. we have 2 days left but really only till today!.. I forgot that July has 31 days.. so, no I choked again, it was Yesterday... uggg...remind me to look at my calendar sometimes will ya guys. Thanks. So, get out as soon as possible.. OK. the worst is that I am wrong and you have your $$.. I have to get out of some of mine as soon as the bell hits..I know we where just talking stocks to buy yesterday so doesn't that make sense now? Wow, Fridays action was great!.. I am in the bullish mode.. How about you all? We really could have finished wave 4 and have a small quick and to the point wave 5 to go.. all we have to do is make a new High... in your e mail you should have found some interesting things... Maybe Thing 1 or Thing 2, Dr. Suess has some interesting characters these days.. LOL.. for some of you that is an inside Joke.. so ignore it.

Now, come on You all Know I am a BEAR!!! and I am very Bearish at this point and time, but we really could go do that 5th wave that sometimes does not exist in my opinion. but as alot of other updates currently have we could really be done. Its funny 50% of them are Bullish and 50% are Bearish. That is how nutty this mkt is right now. The only thing that the Bears have going for them is the Volume..but the volume has been low and we have still gone Higher! so in a way that really sucks to be frank. Something out there in wall street land is buying it up and pushing hard to get the little guy to panic and dive in.. and when it does we really could be going to the 1150-1250 area... that is what worries me..but.. There are some good things going for us:
1) The Dollar looks to be finishing a correction... when it finishes of course the market will resume the downtrend "Normally".
2) GDP's # was just magnificent!!
3) Psychology is cautious again and turning bearish as seen by the Volume ....

If you like to buy stocks like some of us do..Bidu, RTP, AWK, and a long shot that had a terrible accident happen at its sugar plant earlier this year IPSU, are looking good in my opinion.. I have them in the order that I like them.. but like I said Imperial sugar is a long shot.. its about the recovery from the fire, deaths, and OSHA fines.. that need to be seen on the bottom line.. I have 3 waves down with a 4th in progress.. ? is what will the #'s be.. she's at $12 , I would wait for Earnings.. I think she might fall a bit, then turn up.. They have built a new plant and its at full capacity running.. so wait for the bait...then buy.. this could be a long and its the only sugar stock.. and bad times people love their sugar even more... Bidu, well, google has made it a long again.. and I actually feel really stupid for not mentioning this when google got in trouble again with China the other day.. this stock is a long term HOLD! no matter what happens with our economy.. China's will continue to grow.. even though most people would not agree with me even the U.S. will continue to grow.. just not at light speed.. but China , India and Africa are the HOT mkts of tomorrow.. its the good starters like Bidu that will pay off like an Apple or goog.. has done for alot of investors. I hate to say that I personally was caught in a time warp when these stocks came to light.. being at the end of the Baby boomers..(giving away my age now), My mentality really sucked thinking of Internet and all the stuff people would do and have done with it.. I did buy MSFT though.. because it was hot and I took the advice of a guy who was starting out as a financial advisor, but he told me to sell it and buy up all kinds of tech stocks.. see where this is going guys and gals..I lost it all..and I will never reveal how much that was...you can guess??? I salvaged some, but stocks like Lucent tech are well long gone with my $$.. the tech bubble givith and took it away... but the new stuff called Cloud is interesting..but will it bubble too..??? Lets chat about that soon.. OK.. I do not understand it all.. so hopefull some of you can give your views.. EWT has called the top in this move.. they say we are starting the 3rd wave down.. its sometime this week. Ok, everyone, GDP sucked as predicted. We have been waiting for earnings season to end, it just makes emotions ride like a wild bronco.

R, and RK, and anyone else.. I have been told about truncated 5th waves on more than one occasion. My personal experience over the years of chart reading, has given me an idea. I honestly do not Believe in Truncated 5th Waves...... Now your wondering why? My first book that I ever read on trading I got at an auction in a pile of books that I paid 50c for. I tell ya, It has gone down in history ever since as the best auction purchase I have ever made. Fibonacci Applications and Strategies for Traders...by Robert Fischer. this box of books also contained several other expensive and valuable books that helped me on my way to the beginnings of my trading experience's.. I studied and studied and researched what this was and that was.. you know we still do it today... but all truncated 5th waves just lead me back to Mr. Fischer, there are no truncations...WHAT! Waves 1,3,5 are ending waves in up trends and down trends.. but corrective wave are A,B,C's or I also call them 1,2,3 . Do you see what I wrote.. inside of a 3rd wave we have 5 waves.. and so even though we may not show that so called 4th wave move, we still had a 4th wave move inside of the 3rd wave, Even Prechter says to only trade 1,2,3... let 4 and 5 go.. get the meat of the potatoe not the outside skin... that was the key phrase after many yrs of fighting with 4's and 5's, sometimes there just doesn't seem to be one or both... but there is ..contrary to what we have taught ourselves or read in most of Prechter's books. The other fasinating book that I just never have liked but the more I pick it up the more I am beginning to understand what this nut is saying...Neely... most every move is a triangle or type of triangle move, they are small, they are med. and large, and sometimes Ex.Lg. but there are alot of triangles. So, there are beautiful Elliot patterns and there are ugly ones sorta like we just saw.. but wks, mo's, and yrs later we look back at charts and go ...OH. man, now I see that pattern...have a great Wk end..>L

I think that Tomorrow will tell the tell for Bulls Vs Bears. The nice thing about our Mkt. system is that no matter what happens we usually always have that scenerio going on somewhere in the system.. stocks going up and some going down. Topping In the 5th!!!!

Ok, Hope you all had some time to check out the $VIX..and maybe the E-mini's. WHY? well opposites attract normally don't they? I feel that we just finished a possible Wave 4... and if that is the case.... good old Mr. Vix still has a wave to go.. so I had you look to get Prepared for the final move. #5 this wave could be swift and to the point.. it started yesterday at the end of the day. The Resistance levels still stand that I posted the other day...the only question is do we go to 1131 ish and be done or do we go to the 1150ish area , or 1250ish area.. Pug had 1250 but, butt buttt our 30 day turn window is about to expire and we should top by Tues. at the latest. and then have a turn down.... Now, that brings me to Mr. McH... He feels that we could be in a wedge or ending diagonal triangle, then he says he is not sure. if we did not just finish the D of 4.. and I agree with the D part.. but buttttttt he of course forgets that we could really be done.... and that brings me to EWT, they feel that we could be done.. but butt we already new that didn't we. So, lets go with the final 5th wave.. all we really have to do is make a new high even by a small fraction. Jobless claims are due out in just minutes. I have a problems with a few things... 1) the s/p and dow are way off with each other, price wise.. the Nasdaq does not looked finished. The $RUT looks unfinished as well... I really do not feel that we have been in a Diamond formation or pattern either... today and tomorrow are very important for these answers... up or down,, In 8 min's we may have a good direction until then...>L

Do you like to play with leggo's? The market feels like it to me at times... we build we disasemble, and so on. So I need a chart but have no time... hopefully before the opening bell OK... I just want you to know that I am not the only EWT er, that has made comments about the mother ship, and how bad they have been about calling this mrkt. TK at the slope had made one, and promptly removed it from what I see now.. how funny, he posts their charts every now and then.. don't Piss off the big boy's TK..LOL! OK what I see is that we could have topped in Wave 3 at 1121, and we are currently trading out a lovely triangle of wave 4.. so we could have finished this small 4 and could go up in the morning for wave 5. but my indicators are showing we still need further correction, but if we do not.. first target is 1131 area Ok,, bear support still lies at 1100... now in old EWT fashion we have met all criteria to take a dump from here... don't get excited I know you looked at the training video's so... I still say we go up to 1131 drop to 1113 area.. then back up and down in larger degree wave 4 this could continue too R's 8/17 area .. or till Sept.. then final 5 up to 1150 or higher... some are calling around 1145ish.. who cares at this point.. lets get it over with.. good time to go on vacation is you feel like you need a break... so will try to get my chart up or maybe mr pug will post again and we get a sneak peak of what he has till then...later>L

Earning Season Positive All "Around"!

Well, out I went yesterday, totally into cash, except for the few stocks that I have been holding for awhile now. MNKD, ARNA, and ABK. Now 2 out of 3 is not bad. Alot of rumors floating right now, and that is making the people sitting on the sidelines edggggggy! For a Bear, well, I lost all and I mean I lost all of my profits that I had worked hard for! I am not upset though. I tell ya alot of these moves in the past yr have been well, nuts! and thats great. I will set myself up for the 1250 area that I had called a while back.. and guess who else has my old #'s.. Yep PUG!.. he posted again this morning over at HOB's... so I really have nothing to say but Happy Trails and good trading to all of you today.. looks like a real positive open and all we can do it try,try again. This is the name of the game. check out pugs chart.. it says it all.. EWT had a horable update by the way. They really never said much just hang in there we are going to fall sometime!!! I am leaving my membership for the 3rd and final time, I usually get better advice from a box of Cracker Jacks I am sorry to say. McHugh went totally bullish on all signals.. thats why I can't argue with Pug at all, most of the Support and Resistance levels are still standing from yesterday, do not worry if we pull back late today or tomorrow.. I am looking for a retrace of some sort by weeks end... There is just a few comments that I forgot to put up when I first put this up... Volume is light, very light. So, my buddy I trade with is very Bullish, hence forth, I am a Bear at heart. I can swing with the charts believe me, but I like VOLUME, so do we go higher...sorry this time its a flip of the coin.. but big moves always happen when volume is void. Higher is probably in at the moment.. but, we are oversold on my 5min chart.. so we start off higher then turn lower late morning... there is alot of good stocks giving earnings before the bell and after... I am jumping out if we go higher by noon.. I was asleep Fri when the mkt took off.. so I was not able to jump out on Fri like I had told all of you to do.. but I will today. Ok, 1110 on S/P should form resistance if we break that humm 1040 area.. the more I look at this whole scenerio I want to kick my..own. aaaaasss if you know what I mean... The other day.. I said this could be a B wave of the Larger degree 2nd wave UP... and that if we did 50% retrace we could turn and go up.. I know I had that in one of the updates.. and we did 50% so the ? is where do we go from here.. well, today could be a quck down trend after the open.. probably take 10 15 min. to let this wave trade out then we fall.. we could be oversold on 60-min. chart... the sub-minuette wave will be quick.. but again 1100 break is the key... but that 1150 area could be where we are heading to end the C wave for wave 2.... sorry I did not catch that .. I feel bad.. here's a chart from Waveprinciple.. he hasa nice channel drawn where he has b? in green I think is the beginning's of wave C of wave C... just preserve capital. at this time if you are uncomfortable with these swings... I sent a friend a chart the other day.. on the crash of 1929... in that chart.. the swings where incredible..before it really let go.. you know I always say its like a Yo Yo.. up down up down.. but thats the topping process.. so.. I know I am a hurting bear this morning.. I got shot with a 410ga. yesterday.. but its a superficial wound if you ask me.. My Worst Enemy~~ Me!

OK, well Me again, I tell ya I swear this is a dream... my worst enemy is me. Again, asleep for the finally of a weird but long drawn out battle between Bull and Bear. I had to shut my computer down today, I got cyber attacked at the worst time.Not once or twice 5 times. I have never had that happen before in all my yrs of being on the internet. So, that did not help my seeing my charts this morning.. but I am glad that all of you knew that 1081 was a crucial spot and the Bulls feel in control again... but to awake to this makes me wonder is this still a dream... LOL! No, guess not... my only problem is we bounced right off my channel lines and it really looks like we did 5 waves up from the low of this morning.. God could this be a Bull trap now? I tell ya everyone, this has me stumped right now.. I do not have time tonight to go over everything.. gotta get ready for work, I will think and try to have something up by morning.. P... was ready for this. but remember, that move could have been a 5 th wave of wave 1 or yest just before close we could have done an "a", then b this morning and a c riht now that is very close to finishing near my channel.. EYE of The STORM~~~

Now we have to work to get our time frames correct at this point and time... my scenerio that we could have done a Minute or Subminute "b", I think played out.. then today we where in and still could be in the "c" of that corrective but declining pattern. The short term indicators on my charts read that we are going up.. but IBM might have burst that short term indicator apart.. and besides that.. if you look we did 5up, ended 1074, fell 5down to 1068 and up 5 these are all on Subminute scale.. its like looking at at needle in the hay... we need to keep the bigger picture here... Please.. this is the most important way to keep your head on straight.. this includes me.. I get caught up in these moves myself.. and forget I am on a 5dy 5mn chart and shewww I think the sky is crashing in, wake up from the nasty dream and realize . hey, Flipper..Yea.. we are just day trading chick.. get back on that 5yr chart or 1yr chart.. Look, Ok, got it.. LOL! I do it, I know even the best of traders do it... Its mind bogggggling at times.. Its the MATRIX re-lived! Hook me up Scotty!... The mkt is pathing its way out in subdivisions..getting ready for big decline next leg should go down big(meaning from subminute to minor) very fast paced(Wed 21cardinal climax starts thru Aug 21st) brisk, and last wk high should remain...OK, 5 wave decline1061 they have labeled as Minuette wave 1... now Yo Yo releasing pressure.. resistance now at 1181..(if it goes past would violate 1st Subminuette wave down) they are saying that short term charts show a complete 3 wave move up..from this morning..next leg down will be Minuette wave 3, of minor 3 down. OK, so if we go higher than 1181 we are still in that 2nd wave correction from the larger wave we just fell from... got that... let me know if you have ?,s. Ok.. gotta go check out other sites.. but they are pretty much right on with what I had last night.. and my small update today. R, I still have 10% of my port in cash.. I have been holding ARNA for awhile now..sold half the other day..but this stock still has wings to fly...but be careful if you like it.. she is moving fast..daily.. also bought 15% more to downside today at around 2:50est.t I had a buy set in case I stepped away or was still knapping...LOL! Hope you all enjoyed my venting earlier.. maybe not so lets get to the heart of it all... Could we have started Wave #3... Yes, and No... We would really need to break 1040-1032 on S&P to be in 3, But we are actually sitting on resistance right now... E-mini's broke that earlier.. but thats not the S&P...I am still looking for falling action to happen till the1055 and 1044 area.. that is another resistance area on my list... that is the 61.8% hit.. So, that leads me to my 2nd Scenerio... could be be in a "B" wave of the C that we just thought we finished... we have to break 1054.99(1055 above) and that is around the 50% level of this fall... we have to break it.. or we could rally, now the rally could be in two forms.. thats the "Real Problem right now", we could be going back up for wave 2 in a Minute to Minor degree wave 2 of 3 or.. on friday.. we did a series of high,low high low right before the close.. I have a count that that is a possible wave B of 2, in bear mkts B's tend to fall below the origin of A., Just the opposite in Bull market's.. remember my upside down chart.??? OK, so.. that could be a sign that wave C of 2 or an extention of Wave 3 right now is about to happenin the $SPX.. OK.. so that rally could be just 5pts... to the upside usually 23-38% retrace then the market will gap again lower.. that will be the start of 3 of 3 of just wave 1 of Minor or Intermediate wave 3 at that point... I have not had time to make an accurate count and my updated EWT does not give me a super count either.. nor does McH.. They must of all been worn out on Fri. their updates are horable considering where we could be right now.. McH.. is the only one now that I am reading his $SPX update that has my B scenerio going to 950... personally never thought of it going that low.. I will have to research that.. Had a terrible storm rip thru earlier after I posted my hot air.. so I am just reading as I am typing and thinking... sorry.. I rely on my own gut but its nice to have Pro's on your side. So, he is saying the same thing I am just at a larger degree.. You see I still think its at my degree we need to worrie about with the B wave theory well, for right now... but remember B could turn into 2 of 3.. OK, so right now.. unless this thing just Plunges... we know we have some areas of resistance to deal with.. I am sure that most of you have other sites that confirm most of what I have typed.. That little piece of Plastic is about to make your bank Billions.. and they are laughing at you.. so back to the basics we go.. you will have to carry cash, because everytime you use that plastic convience card they are going to charge you oh..5cents.. maybe more or less.. who cares most people use it twice three times a day X 's that by millions or billions of people and you have millions to billions of $$$ every day.. anytime bank rates are going up too.. so don't leave home with out cash.. the days of free checking and checkcard services are gone... American Express is Hot again!!! reminds me of the 70's..LOL! I just saw Hawaii Five O... WHAT! they are going to destroy my childhood aren't they I loved that show.. but everyone is home right now whatching the grove tube again.. they can't afford to go out hardly.. a movie is $10.00 per person.. for a family of 4 that is $40, popcorn $6.50, soda's $12 commmmme on.. who's making $$ Netflix... and I just read an interesting article in Bloomberg Business.. Now mind you it is a few weeks Old.. I do not subscibe to Magazines.. I go to the Half price book store and buy them for 50cents a few weeks old.. Sony has put the ability to buy movies out of your XBox 360 Now won't that be something...I see Sony and Google putting a hurting on Mr. Netflix in time for Winter...So, if you know someone that owns the NetFlix they might want to get out on the next ride higher.. well I am not sure when that will be..but.. get ready to pay for about everything you want to watch... is the way I am interpreting the future of the web and tv.. between the makers and the bakers Public TV might be the only thing left...Comcast TimeWarner all of them are hurting.. If you loose your Job, whats the first thing you get rid of? thats right.. Cable, Internet... you buy a laptop or an Iphone.. or you go borrow a friends... thats what I would do.. but Starbucks might be five bucks to me.. but free wi-fi in your car is nice when I am on trips..LOL! I still make my own coffee...I buy starbucks out of the grocery store.. yes I am as addicted to it as the next coffee nut.. shoot me.. I am extremely busy right now. Many things going on and of course they all hit at once. My vacation was a wash. I usually get to at least play a bit, not this time, my trip got canceled last minute, but things happen for a reason. Today, was it. I was totally prepared for this turn! I had cleaned up alot of small running stocks that I had purchased in my portfolio..that left me with almost 25% of my portfolio available for that move on Thurs. that I had mentioned... A,B, C. Now, we did have a high % chance that it would go higher.. but with Google and Apple leading the way for us, we got our start to a "3 of 3"start.. or my other thoughts that I will hopefully have time to update on before the opening bell on Mon. morn. check back then..>L

Alrighty, we are finally on our Way to the Possible "3"rd of 3 wave start. This is how I see it everyone.. tomorrow morning Anna on Hot Option Babe is calling for Upside to finish. late morning to early afternoon. and I couldn't agree more! it helps sometimes to boost my lay out when a highly reputable trader like Anna, is calling what I see and what I have been saying for the overall big picture on this move that started back in April. There is only "1", catch to the whole move by the looks of it and of course Hotchberg would spoil my party... EWT is calling that we can not Exceed June's High of $SPX 1131.23 (I have that as topof A of 2 , B ended 7/1 and C is > so we are back to the call of 1100-1110 and we need to end somewhere in that area.. 78,6% retrace is at 1106.40.. rough figure... and that should end C of 2...or 2 of 3 of 3. If it is the start of 3 of 3 Wow... this will get fired up fast... So lets look at $VIX above.. doesn't it look lovely.. it could have bottomed in a 2nd wave itself...so sorry for the late update I have to go check out some more sites.. and I might get the chance to edit before morning. so.. Ok, yesterday I agreed alot with Mr. McClaren about the further upside, and we got alot of that move today to 1078.. I have had alot of time tonight to check out a few sites and read some current updates that I wish I could post but, the best I can do is try to lead us thru their thoughts...and a few of my own as reminders of the possible A,B,C move that could still transpire!... OK, EWT, boys are calling a short term top, that will lead us into the 3rd wave down, $indu has retraced 61.8% of minute wave 1(10,220). It sounds good, but it doesn't looked finished to me, the only good looking part of the call is the H&S pattern that could really be trading out, with some more downside and another move back up we really could have that great looking move. and that is what one of my favorite guys was calling on the S/P that it still needs to finish a move down to finish 4th wave move, and he is looking for 1066 poss. low on the 4, and then upside move to 1095ish area. I like that call alot on the S/P, so did we finish just the 3rd wave...the ? again...Now is you look at the S/p on a 5yr,weekly, the H&S pattern was very close... so close it makes you wonder. also, notice if you have a 50dy ma, we are just hanging under that ma. Our Channel is holding but if we go above the 1105 area, we have broken it, and it would have to re-enter almost as fst as it breaks it... good earnings where out tonight, but Alcoa, laid off thousands to get that penny to beat the street... EWT's first article of business tonight was a chart about trailing 12 mo. earnings.. they are not good at all. Earnings are behind stock prices.. so, today is going to be tense.. To everyone.. I am really sorry that I have not been able to Update.. Work in every aspect of my life has been crazy please except my apology. The show I did Yest. and today, was a wash, Plenty of Old Equipment and Older farmers who of course are retired now.. I had plenty of conversations about the old days but hardly any sales, sales this year are down over 55% from my previous years. Is it the weather or the economy, that is the question. Work, well, its going great, if you do not mind doing two jobs for the price of one. Jobs are being combined, or in other words we break them up and add the day of one employee, onto three or four people to do, so that adds another hour or two to your job. Fun. but we have to pay the bills. So, I am really busy, and it could not have happened at a worse time with the Stock market about to Rally after a nice fall. So, I am still a bear but look what Mr. McClaren had to say On Fri. Morn....

Where do we go from there? Honestly its going to be interesting. I flipped McClarens chart upside down, I like doing that to charts if I can, it gives the impression a different feel in my eyes.... and if you notice you want to look to the right... get back to the left will ya... Notice the Resistance over at the right.. around 1100 thats where I think we go and so does McClaren. What do you think? I have also noticed over the years that sometimes the way things go up is the way they fall...they mirror each other, maybe not 100% but very close. So, are we going down further.. I believe we are.. and this move that we are in right now seems to me to be a "C", of wave 2, the only ? that I have is will it be just 5 short waves up.. which means we are very close to being done, or do we actually do an "A,B,C" move... 5,3,5 then we could move back to 1150 area... the mirror would not be wonderful but with the Bull sentiment growing according to Elliot Wave Theory we could go higher... so be on your toes. I will be. I was supposed to be in Kitty Hawk flying Kites today.. but maybe next month I will get to go. Luckily I do not reserve rooms or rent condo's. Up or Down? That is the question?

Many camps are arguing right now on what direction the market is going in next. That is a good Question at this point and time. My count and my most of my Technical Analysis says we should be heading North.. or UP.. but my experience dealing with this type of wave and my ttttrrrruuussty MacD says... we are going down even further... I have lightened up on some of my stock holdings, but still remain over 50% of my portfolio is Bearish. I hold currently TZA, QID, SDS, I think that is enough. I have been looking at on stock in the Nasdaq 100 that is ready to be hit hard.. and that is Apple.. that used to be one of "A's" favorite stocks... For many Apple holders they could retire at this point and time if they bought that beauty right.. it reminds me of my Microsoft days.. but Apple is getting OLD.. and they are becoming the Next door Neighbor to Microsoft. if you know what I mean. Let me just say its that same old feeling I had with Microsoft back in its Hayday!.. Everyone owns one.. everyone is looking for more.. give us more.. but the economy is soon not going to be on Apples side.. the way things are going.. so I was looking at the possible way for my portfolio to short Apple even harder, and of course that lies with QID.. so I think thae the Naz takes even a bigger dump over the next 30 days.. I know that seems strong.. but Ihave yet the time to really sit and calculate out where she is going going...Hee ehhe.. OK, if you have the time.. do some let me know.. I also like the way the $RUT looks... I cleaned out alot of my TZA holding.. and I made a horrible blooper with my trading.. I am not proud of at all... PLEASE do not get yourself in trouble like I did.. I bought TZA say thurs, then sold it Fri.. and forgot that the $$$$ had not cleared.. and forgot the new short rule.. so according to my brokerage.. I get nailed with two penalties.. and a caution on my account and if I do it again.. ouch.. I get shut down for 90 days.. now is that brutal or what... all because I got a wheee bit excited and forgot that day traders rule...that I am not a day trader!!!LOL!>>> bad girl!... Just some advice so you do not fall into the same catagory!.... Its already been a crazy Week on wallstreet! The news has been exactly so so with good and bad. I see that alot of people wanted to get out of the market due to the end of the quarter, but I also believe that a Shit-Load of Employees retired or where laid off during this quarter and removed their Lifelines to survive till they Miraculously find a new job... with out the perks and bennies they where accustomed too! Because of my Gutt feeling, we have broken some major support lines in the E-mini S/P and $rut...but we are still inside the channel of the $SPX and landed right on today's bottom support... so could we have more selling...I think we could.. the News from spain right before the closing bell was just the first coating of Icing for this cupcake... its the future of Wall street and of our own survival that I am now beginning to ponder.. but I will try to have a posting on my thoughts on that subject very soon. Downward pressure if building in this pressure cooker.. so take some profits are in store... I took some this morning then not more than half an hour later I was buying 40cents down from where I sold... cha ching... OK... tomorrow could be an up day.. its Thurs and Fri. that I think could get interesting before the Holiday...Later>L

Check out what Bill McLaren had to say today over on European Squawkbox... http://www.safehaven.com/article/17302/cnbc-squawkbox-europe Anything goes right now R, I think that everyone has their wave count off... the more that I stare at the charts the more that I think Now that we just finished a B wave down... and that we could have a C wave yet to go up and that could take us to the 61.8% retrace... 1151... so... do not give up on this down move though.. it really is a coin toss at the moment.. because if you look at a 1yr weekly $INDU we could also be forming a H&S pattern... or a potential wave 2 of wave 3 but remember this is just minor wave 3 of Wave A or 1 of wave C... did you get that.. so most every move right now is only on minute or minor scale... small yet powerful right now.. funny I want the big moves but this is just like jumping puddles right now.. I went out and bought a new printer.. but can't use it till I use up the ink in the old printer.. so pretty soon hopefully I can show ya some of my drawings that I do... OK.. right now Asia is up.. slightly and so are our futures.. but they should be up.. its that potential of a 3 in either direction right now that worries me... bull or bear.. OH.. I know what I wanted you to go look at VXX its about to bump up against some good resisitance.. and if it does that means the market goes Bull... the $VIX has got to break that resistance to the upside..or we are in that C wave going to 1051... OK... also.. GLD about to hit some resistance too.. so gold could be soon coming to a reversal zone... looking at shorting that... at least I can counter and make some $ on something... later>L

Morning, hope everyone is ready, we might actually be starting the 3rd wave after all.. we broke some good supports.. and future's are down currently.. I am looking for 1050 as next support.. We also have a Lunar Eclipse coming in July.. the 11th... so I call it Looney days.. people always act stranger during eclipse's than during full moon's. EWT is calling for severe downward pressure to pick up.. should start to get interesting. OK.. gotta go.. later>L
